I just wanted to thank you and Flat Rate for your prompt response in regards to our bathroom tile problem. The worker that you sent out to fix it was great and a very hard worker. He arrived early and even earlier then expected on Wednesday. He was very nice and worked very diligently to repair our bathroom issue. Even without a break for lunch. He was here from 8:00 or 8:30 to 3:30 each day to get the job done. You should give him something a little extra and also a pat on the back. The tile looks great you can't even tell anything went wrong the first time. We appreciate Flat Rate standing behind their work. In this day and age a good and honest contractor is hard to find but we did find one in Flat Rate. We continue to enjoy the other bedroom, bathroom and laundry room that Flat Rate built for us a few years back. Hope you are enjoying your summer and trying to stay out of the heat as much as possible.
